Social media expert Traci Browne was under deadline for her book and looking for outside perspective on some notes she’d received from her publisher on some of the chapters. A quick read and review of the text in question followed by a one-hour phone call helped clarify what was needed. She went on to adjust the content to satisfy her publisher’s concerns, and the book, The Social Trade Show: Leveraging Social Media, and Virtual Events to Connect With Your Customers (Que Biz Tech) went to print on time.
